Thanks to the performance indicators on the dashboard, the General Manager has a clear view of all the activities managed by Skill Center.
For each of the available functions, Skill Center highlights the quantitative results. Graphic indicators indicate qualitative results.
By this way the General Manager can immediately identify which activities to focus on and can access the related control panels directly from the View All button.
All functions of the General Manager profile have a balanced score card with activities and results of each team. The indicators are the same that are displayed in aggregate form on the dashboard.
The panels are accompanied by filters that allow you to select the data of a part of the organization, or to limit them to a specific geographical region.
Once you have identified the team you are interested in, the Detail button allows you to explore the data and proposes the functions otherwise available for the Team Manager.
The General Manager, entering into the details of a Team Manager, has access to all its functions.
He can therefore request survey from his collaborators or authorize and validate improvement activities. It can also carry out assessments of team members and add skills to their portfolio.
The General Manager can take the place of the Team Manager to open and close activities if necessary.

Like the Team Manager, the General Manager does not manage the catalogs of skills and job positions, but can view all the contributions presented by Team Members to improve the organization's knowledge base.
In addition to the data of each individual person, the manager can view the aggregate data of the teams and, using the appropriate filters, those of the departments and divisions of the part of the organization that he is authorized to manage.
Skill Diffusion is an extraordinarily powerful tool for analyzing the state of diffusion of skills within your organization.
Based on a convenient drill-down system, Skill Diffusion allows you to view aggregate information and then unpack it up to the list of people evaluated on a specific skill.
Skill Diffusion thus allows the General Manager to quickly identify the most competent people in a given area, or make a list of people with gaps that can be filled by creating a common training activity.
Job Coverage analysis allows the General Manager to identify organizational gaps, highlighting the positions in which there is the greater lack of competence.
The analysis can be carried out on the entire organization, or limited by divisions and departments, or by geographical area.
Once the weak positions have been identified, the General Manager can break the information down to the people holding the position and to their individual gaps.
